With that said, our Cookies are handcrafted and made fresh to order. I desire to serve you a product of excellence, fine detail and the highest quality. Cookies are locally produced. With that in mind…..

• Most items have a 3 dozen minimum
• Most Cookies are about 4“ in all over size, unless otherwise listed.
• If you see an online item and you would like to customize it. Please call to inquire, an extra charge might apply.
• Cookies are BEST when consumed within two weeks after delivery.

CUSTOM DESIGN COOKIES, are designed specifically for your Company or private Event.

PACKAGING (find pictures under the Custom Design tap in the menu)

You can choose from different packaging options before you check out. Pictures are available under the CUSTOM DESIGN COOKIE TAB. All Cookies come packaged in a Cellophane bag.

4. Option is with an Custom label, only available for Custom orders

SHIPPING

• Regular online Shipping is available up to 8 dozen Cookies. More than 8 dozen please inquire for bulk rates and delivery or pick up options.
• Pick up and delivery options are available locally upon request for all orders.

PRICING

• Most pricing is listed for one Cookie or per dozen
•  Bulk pricing for over 6 dozen and Wholesale pricing available

RETURNS

Once the order is placed, there is no return possible as the Cookies are made to ORDER FRESHLY FOR YOU.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

• Cookies are Best, when consumed within  2 weeks after delivery.
• Cookies can be stored in a closed container but not in the refrigerator 

TURN AROUND TIME

• For Cookies on the Website ready to order, it will take about 7 days until shipping so you want to place your order at least 2 weeks before your event.
• For CUSTOM DESIGNED Cookies you want to get in touch 1-2 month before your event depends on how intricate the design is, in order to design a beautiful product and  allow sufficient time for production.
