I have been a Swiss pastry chef, designer and owner of sweet-art.com for many years and have created “Sweet Art“ for small and large events.Specializing in high end wedding cakes, favors, sweet tables,teas and artistic chocolate show pieces to name a few. Covid brought many changes and during this time i had the honor to design the Lego film cookies for Legoland California, which brought new inspiration.
Born, raised and educated in Switzerland I‘ve had the privilege to work in some of the best and finest pastry shops in both Switzerland and California. It‘s given me the best of both worlds…
As a Swiss i take pride in high quality and attention to detail. As a proud Swiss American living in California, i love the free spirit and flow of creativity, where the sunshine and beauty inspires me with new ideas and products and the sky is the limit.
